Garden level (or garden level basement)
A term for basements that aren‘t fully underground but aren‘t on the first-floor either. If you are standing in a garden level unit, you can expect the windows to be at street level.
Partial basement
If a basement is partial, means it does not continue beneath the entire home. In other words, the square footage of the basement level does not match that of the floor above it.
